Apparently there is no contract between CBS & Netflix in regards to streaming rights for Muppet Babies so until that happens, the show will never be on Netflix. - There is a Disney Jr. Muppet Babies reboot airing sometime in 2018, unfortunately that won't end up on Netflix since Disney is creating their own streaming service for debut in 2019 so it will end up there.

Not likely. Disney+ ended up with over 10 million subscribers on its launch day. The Disney+ app has been downloaded more than 3.2 million times. Despite tech problems that affected the service throughout the launch day. For additional context, experts projected Disney+ would have anywhere between 10-18 million subscribers in its first year. Disney has already signed up more than half of those projected numbers in the first day. Will it take over the top stop from Netflix. We'll see. But it is not likely doomed to fail.
