Big cat males do not take care of offspring. Leopards aren't an exception. Even male lions don't take care of the Cubs, although they would fight to protect their Cubs.
Any cat like the lynx or a bobcat , and since they are not considered BIG cats, who has babies, those babies are called kittens or cubs. I'm not for sure since a cub would be what you called a baby tiger or lion who are part of the big cat family, but you would have to research it more. I'm pretty sure they are called cubs though.
