∙ 12y agoI own a full blooded male shih tzu who is between 18 and 19 lbs when I take him to the vet. Also he is about 13 inches tall at the shoulder. When I purchased him I was told shih tzus will grow to be between 8-12 lbs. He is the biggest shih tzu I have ever seen, but he's still my baby :)
