Cougars grow to a length of about 7 1/2 feet (2.3 m) including a 3-foot (0.9-m) tail. They reach a height of 2 1/2 feet (0.8 m) at the shoulder and weigh up to 200 pounds (90 kg).
They can also be found in some parts of south west WA, often seen sporting slightly less hair than there African cousins, perhaps also walking on hind legs and driving vehicles. Some also accimilate into human life adequately
Usually 7 - 7.5 feet though very few records have been of cougars up to 8 feet or 9 feet.
Male cougars typically weigh 53 to 100 kg (115 to 220 lb), averaging 62 kg (137 lb). Females typically weigh between 29 and 64 kg (64 and 141 lb), averaging 42 kg (93 lb).

female cougars are sightly bigger than male cougars. if the there is a male cougar that is alone, look at the between the cougars legs, you will see something that i do not want to see because it is all the way nasty. if you see something it is a male. if you do not see anything it is a female.
