It doesn't matter what breed the rabbit is or what the rabbit looks like (although bigger rabbits of course need more room than smaller rabbits) -- the question of hutch size comes down to this: a hutch must be big enough to contain all the necessary supplies with enough room left over for the rabbit to stand up to full height, stretch out to full length, and hop a few paces at least. Any rabbit enclosure needs a litter box, hay source, water source, hidey-hole/nest area (a place to hide whenever feeling anxious -- this could be as simple as a cardboard box), comfortable resting surfaces, and some toys/play structures/diversions. See the related questions below for more info and links.
A Netherland Dwarf (I'm assuming) should have a cage big enough for it to have a semi large food and water bowl. It should also have enough space for it to get excercise. The largest cage it should be given is an all wire dog carrier with slits small enough the rabbit can not climb through.
For a hutch to go into the cage, you can get the smaller or the larger. I had two guinea pigs who loved to cuddle in the smaller one, but still liked it when I got the larger one. It just depends on your budget. Hope this helped!
How big a rabbit hutch is depends on the size of the rabbit, how many rabbits are using it, and the size of the other things in the hutch.
After all the supplies, a rabbit hutch needs enough room for each rabbit to stand up to full height, stretch out to full length, and hop a few paces at least. A bare-minimum hutch like this means the rabbits have plenty of time outside in a big room or run (5+ hours). But even rabbits living in a rabbit mansion need at least 3 hours of outside time per day so they can run and play and socialize, and so you can observe their appearance and behaviour for signs of ill-health.
A rabbit hutch (or cage, crate, exercise pen, cube condo, etc) needs the following supplies:
- food dishes and water source
- litter box
- toys, play structures, including at least one place where the rabbit can "hide"
- hay source (preferably more than one)
- comfortable resting surfaces (spending all day on wires or wood can lead to discomfort and Sore Hocks)
Should be high enough off the ground to help prevent predators or curious animals from easily reaching the animal. The inside height should be at least about two rabbits high for breeding purposes.
If i were you i would get a big cage so the guinea pig can run around Good luck with your piggie I have a big cage that holds 2 guinea pigs and they chase each other around the whole cage!!!
A cage should be big enough for the pet to stand up in. It should be long enough for the pet to turn around in. The normal size for a guinea pig is a cage that is 2 feet by 2 feet and a foot tall.
I think not all guinea pig have big ears, guinea pigs do have big ears when they are about a week old and it stays like that when they get older..
a guinea pigs poop should only be the size of a baby's middle fingernail. if its bigger thasn that, take it to the vet.
Rabbits can live in a hutch outside with a surrounding of chicken wire. During the night it is best to bring your rabbit inside in a little hutch for inside. Be carefull of its whereabouts.Domestic rabbits live anywhere people keep them. Domestic rabbits don't naturally live anywhere in the wild: that's what makes them domesticated. All the different breeds of domestic rabbit were bred from a single species: the European Rabbit. Wild European Rabbits live in the Mediterranean region.
it realy depends how big your guineapigs are.
The only requirement is that it is big enough for them to stand and turn around in. A big cage is good for these animals. They like a lot of room to move around in.
The bigger the happier your rabbit will be.
that depends where you live. They should be in temp.'s between 65 Degrees F - 80 degrees f . Make sure the hutch is big enough with a solid floor and secure from other animals.
darryl
no a guinea pig should not be in time out because it will make them feel lonely.and also will become tough with big problems.
me no no

If your guinea pig's teeth grow too big you can take them to the vet or you can give them hard food and toys to chew on.
YES but it has to be big
I would say its Hutch vs Darryl. Hutch dislikes Darryl because he took Hutch's position at shortstop, and Darryl dislikes Hutch at some parts because Hutch has most of the fame, which is what Darryl wants
The minimum size for an outdoor hutch for two ferrets is 1.5m X 0.75m x 0.75m
