The size of the stall will depend on if the foal is still with it's mother or if it has been weaned. If it is still with it's mother then the stall needs to be a 'double size' stall which in the USA is typically two 12' x 12' (3.65 m x 3.65m) stalls with the partition removed to make one 12' x 24' (3.65m x 7.31m) stall. If the foal has been weaned and is living on it's own then a basic 12' x 12' stall will do.
I say a 10x20 would be ok, but nothing smaller than that.

Yes you will. A snow stallion is a permanent stallion. I got mine today and got 4 foals.
I doubt that the foals together, whether in a stall or pasture, would stress more than alone. It's always preferable to put weanlings together especially when first separated from the mares.
After giving them food 5-10 times, foals grow and become big horses, depending of their parents.
A stable or loose box should be at least 4x4m (12 x 12ft), so that the horse has plenty of room.
At that age, foals should be weaned and able to eat solid food. There should be feed for foals of that age at your local feed/tack store. You can also consult your vet to see if they think your specific foal needs a different diet for some reason.
There are zebra foals and pony foals, so yes.
Daily you should always clean your horses stall at least once a day
you should really clean your horses stall from 3-6 days of the week.

Another word for stall would be box. In the big tournaments, a stall near the wrestling platform is highly sought after and very expensive. It will typically include seating mats as well as food and souvenirs with the price of the ticket or stall.
