If you are on Windows you can use Microsoft Parental Controls to block that site. You may also block it via the Windows firewall to stop all connections to it.

Veoh has decided, in their infinite wisdom, to block access to their site from countries that previously were not major viewers of their site.
Right click->Block content...

Supervisors are able to block (ban) people from using this site. A block can be for as little as a few minutes to indefinite - depending on the severity of the user's actions. I have yet to actually block a user (although I have issued a few warnings).
You have to contact the site to see if they will reconsider.

There are none, if one site slips past the block then the next time you go onto it the website will be blocked because the block can tell what the website is about by the meta tags on it. The site is blocked because you're not supposed to be on it at school.
