To restore it you have to delete your system32 files.

I would just transfer my personal files to a USB stick or external HDD but there is also a program in windows 7 for backup and restore. Search on your start menu to find it.

It will keep your computer clear and running like new. If you have windows 7 you can type in box the words (restore) and it will take you to that file in programs.
