God can be whatever He wants to be and this does not have to conform to any human logic. Much of what God reveals about Himself raises further questions, especially when we ask why about something. Often the answer is simply in the sovereign will of God who can and does do as He pleases, within the character of who He is. All we know is what Jesus has revealed about Himself - that He is the "I AM" of Exodus 3:14 and also that "I and the Father are one." How exactly this is is a mystery, although many have given all kinds of pictures as to how it is, but these are only limited by what He has revealed and by the finiteness of our human minds. ---- God is all powerful.
jesus is also a prophet. he is neither God, nor the son of God
Jesus is the son of god, he is god in the flesh, and is also in the god head 3 in 1 father spirit and son (son being Jesus) so yes he is god in someway Hope this helps also read Matthew mark luke and John those will all give you an understanding of Jesus
He is his son, and also, (This part is complicated) Jesus is God, according to the Holy Trinity, which states that the Father (God), The son (Jesus), and the holy spirit are one.
It means that you are a child of God who believes that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the son of God, that Jesus also is God, that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose again and defeated the grave, also that Jesus is the only Way to God, and that by believing that He is the Lord Savior, and Son you will go to Heaven.
He is God's Son but He is also one with God. Some Biblical truths are beyond our understanding; for Jesus was fully God and fully human
Jesus viewed God as His Father, but not only that but we are told in John 5:18, ".....Jesus also said that God was His father, making Himself equal with God". Philippians 2:6, "Jesus who being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God." Jesus Christ presented Himself to the world as God because He was God. Jesus said to Thomas in John 14: 6-7, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one come to the father except through me. If you would had known Me, you would have known My Father also." Jesus and the Father are one.
jesus was a holy man who was sinless and also the son of god
No. It says clearly that Jesus was the "Son of God." That means he is a man. He is also God, but that is another topic. no but Joshua bullock is
God is revealed in Jesus by his character, (the fruits of the spirit) and by his whole message and life and death. Jesus is - the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (Colossians 1.15) God's love is also revealed in Jesus - see John 3.16.
The simple answer is yes. We (Christians) believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Jewish messiah, but that He is also God incarnate; or God made into man. As such we worship God of the Hebrews through Jesus. There is also the Holy Spirit which we also believe to be God. This is called the Trinity God the Father (ie Hebrew view of God), God the Son (Jesus of Nazareth) and God the Holy Spirit (which is like the essence or Spirit of God active in the present time).
The Christian religions only have one God. He has no name other than "God". Within him are three 'persons' - God the Father, God the Son (also called Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit.
Jesus claimed to be the Son of God in the Bible, stating that he and God are one. He also referred to himself as the Messiah and the Savior of the world.
