Open your mail at: http://www.me.com/mail/ Within the mail tab, click on the drop down menu and select Preferences. Click on filters and change the settings that you wish to do.
In the Mail application on your Mac, simply open Preferences, click on Rules/Filters, and click add. Input the details and hit Ok.
The above instruction has nothing to do with blocking emails in MobileMe. There are
NO blocking options available and there are no "filters" available, although you can
create them in "Rules". However the "Filters" you can create do not include a Blocking Option, but will only move filtered emails to a designated folder, including the Trash. This is NOT blocking, which refers to an email that never reaches your inbox or any other folder in your email system.
You cannot do it directly on the iPad. You may be able to do it on the webmail access to the email account through your service provider.
If you have a MobileMe subscription, simply activate Back To My Mac on both computers, then sync your MobileMe email account with both computers. However, if you are selling your old Mac, ensure that you delete everything off it and de-authorize it from your MobileMe account.
I think you should leave them to hack it an mack a new one

You cannot.
The mac.com email accounts are being phased out and replaced with me.com accounts. They are part of the MobileMe package; you create your email address when you create your account. (See links below)
There are several email services on the internet, the most common being Hotmail, Ya. mail , gmail. There are also others, like mobileME for Apple. Most of them are free.
