Have a kyogre at level 65 use hydro pump he will them go to sleep use hydro pump again and throw as many ultra balls as possible if this doesn't work then repeat the proccess but use timer balls then !
Be sure to have atleast 20 ultra and timer balls with you and have your starter and kyogre with you the blaziken to waste time if you wanna use timer balls cuz he will most probably be able to take damage and a kyogre to do thwe proccess I have written good luck!
