Not really easy. Must remove the battery. Reach behind the engine to the firewall to reach the filter. Helps if you have small hands. Changed mine last week and after a lot of working my way through the lines and wires was able to reach and change it out.

The oil filter on the 1998 MPV is on the side of the block. It screws on and is easily replaced.
It takes 4 1/2 quarts with the filter.
Fuel filter is located between engine and firewall on drivers side of engine comartment
4.5 Quarts of any 5w30 motor oil.
If you meant by brand it doesnt really matter an oil filter is an oil filter no matter what they say. Its all personal preference.
