The only memory expansion available for the Wii is to purchase additional removeable SD memory cards. These cards are identical to the SD cards used in digital cameras and other devices and come in a range of prices and capacities. Most major retailers have a supply of SD cards available in the Nintendo Wii aisle of the video game section.
sadly, you cannot play poptropica on the wii internet channel because the wii lacks enough memory. witch is odd because wii games are so memory intensive. Added March 18th, 2010: the problem is with the way the Wii's internal memory handles/caches the game; it appears there is some sort of limitation there. The goofy thing is I added a 4 GB SD card to expand memory and free up the system memory but to no avail.
no
The Wii has a memory inside. You dont need any memory cards, or anything...
You can't save gamecube memory to the wii it must stay on a gamecube memory card.
you cant once you format it the memory is gone FOREVER
Yes, you can use a GameCube memory card with the Wii. GameCube games are backwards compatible with the Wii, and there are 2 slots for GameCube memory cards.
You can use GameCube memory cards, but only to save on GameCube games, not Wii games. The Wii already has 512 MB of internal memory, and an optional SD Memory Card can be used to save Wii games.
If it is wii-designed memory card for gamecube games, then yes.
The person Who desinged th Wii is Shigeru Miyamoto.
it will save on either system but wii memory cards wont work on gamecube but gamecube and wii memory cards work on the wii
I think you can use a wii memory card for wii power saves. If you don't have wii memory card, you can buy one on this website: http://www.dinodirect.com
I think you can get more memory for your Wii,( you could buy an SD card for it) but you could get the Gamecube memory card for it and play Gamecube games, that's all I know.
