There are some very nice tutorials on YouTube. Go slowly on your stretching regimen, and remember this rule: if it hurts, don't stretch that far. It will come with time. Practice daily your right/left/middle; Olympic and Chinese splits. Don't compare your progress with others' progress; only compare yourself to yourself.
