well there is software that can guide you into creating this software, but if you use this you must make sure in the terms of use policy that there is nothing saying that what you create can be legally theirs. it is much better just to learn a language for example java or C++ then branch off into creating apps because apps from scratch are completely yours. there is no chance of there being a binding contract from an app creator software that you used.
