Well, since I am a girl, I guess I will answer this question. You want her to notice you, just not all the time. Because after a while, it just gets annoying. Trust me, I know.

Dress nice, smell clean, and notice her personality. Notice how she and her friends behave and act like that her around her, but you don't want to overdo it. Be cool but don't be popular because not many girls like popular guys; well at least no body in my class. Wear something like clone but not to much. Offer to help her often, girls always love that. Do not ever be better than her or her friends; always let the girl be higher than you or equal.

And ALWAYS remember to BE YOURSELF!
