Recruiters are trained to keep pursuing a person whose initial response is no. They are trying to sell you on being a marine, and will persist until it is clear that you will not be joining. There are ways to be clear and polite while still being polite. If you have specific reasons for not wanting to join, explaining them to the recruiter could be helpful (although he or she might try to talk around those reasons). Also, being clear that you have goals for your future and that those goals do not include being in the marines can be helpful. Ultimately though, if a recruiter is persistent, you will have to ask him or her to leave you alone. You can say something like "I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in joining the Marines. Please stop trying to recruit me."
The recruiter can answer those questions.
I would check with your recruiter, but chances are really good that the answer will be no.
You can contact your local recruiter to find out if the Marines are a right fit for you. You can also go to www.marines.com to find out more.
be fit physically, have the desire to defend freedom, and then go see a recruiter.
A Marines recruiter will not intentionally lie to get you to join. However, they are taught to persuade you and in the course of doing so they may stretch the truth (i.e. your chances of getting a base or a job that you like over others).
One can sign up for the Marines directly on the Marines website. Those in the United States for example would go onto the Marines website and contact a recruiter.
Probably none. You need to ask a recruiter to be sure. www.marines.com
In some cases it can... Speak with your recruiter about it. Good luck!
Well, simply put; Depends on your Unit, and fellow Marines. If you are in a unit of physcotically unstable soldiers, yes. Any other unit No. Dont let Jarhead the movie tell you what the marines is all about. Talk to a recruiter
Say it with me 'none'
Not an easy prospect. You can talk with your recruiter. Try to get Sniper school specified in your enlistment contract.
You could have him talk to a recruiter from the Marines to make sure that is what he is interested in.
