Your personal settings determines "who" gets to see your FB page. If you make your page private or closed, that should do the trick. However, and here's the clincher, if you are visiting other peoples pages and happen to "like" something on their page, you have then just opened up your private page to other FB members. If you want to remain private you can't be posting on other peoples pages, which defeats the purpose of social networking.

Yes anyone that`s your Facebook friend or anyone that looks up your name on the search bar can see your Facebook page.
No, Facebook does not allow users to see who has viewed their profile or how many times it has been viewed.
Unfortunately, you can not see who has unliked your facebook fan page. Facebook doesn't send notifications to the page admin once a fan or fans UNLIKE its fan page.
that's not possible unless you create an facebook application for the page
There is no function for that in Facebook but usually, Facebook does notify you when your page has a new view.
Before logging in to Facebook, be sure the URL begins with "https," which is the secure version of http. Also, if you are on the legitimate Facebook page, you should see a small icon that looks like a lock in the address field. This indicates that the website's identity is verified.
