This is almost impossible to do. You may have some success if you wash it and pin it to the correct measurements to dry. You can also try a hotter water than recommended, but this risks ruining the work completely or felting it.
Try washing it in hot water and drying it in the dryer. If that doesn't work, it may be stretched to much to fix it.

You shouldn't be "poking" anything through them.... If you stretched them, you have to keep jewelry in them or they'll shrink back up. You cant really take jewelry out of a stretched piercing and not expect for it to shrink a bit. Especially after 5 days.
