When you start a new exercise program it is very important not to push yourself too hard. You should consult with your doctor before starting any vigorous exercise programs. Slowly increase the difficulty of each exercise as you make progress in the program, for instance, a few more reps or, 1 more minute of jogging.

Dancing is so important to me , because it gives me a way to express myself without hurting someone or getting in trouble. It helps me to be more open minded and caring. Dance is also important to me , because it helps me to stay fit and it helps me be myself. Dance is my life.

I just quit hurting myself, they said it was because of Depression, or Anxiety. It could also be a bad childhood. That's why i cut, burned,&tried to comit suicide. I still have urges, but ive stopped for at least 1 month now. Try and find something else to do, like snap yourself with a rubber band, squeeze an ice cube, or punch a pillow. It actually works. :)
