It sounds chronic. It may be because of a past injury or if you play sports it could be because of the way you use your knee. Obviously the best thing to do would be to go to a doc.
you deal with hungry pains by taking a bite of cheese and sucking it but dont swollow the juice spit it all out as you are triking your brain to think that your eating so it wont give you hungar pains anymore :)
morphine wont necessarily cause knee pain its made to take pain away... however after using morphine regularly your muscles and bones to ache and hurt real bad when your not on it.

It depends on whether you have an injury to your knee or not. If so, consult your doctor first and see what advice he gives you about playing with your injury. If not, don't bother wrapping your knee to play. If you're simply having pains, ice after playing for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
