If you have been diagnosed with night eating syndrome, also known as NES, you will want to be sure you are eating good, healthy food everyday. Don't skip meals. Eat lots of fruit's and vegetables throughout the day. NES is an eating disorder and has been linked with anxiety and depression. Have your hormone levels checked regularly by your physician. Fun physical activity will keep you feeling better as well. Dance, walk your dog, ride a bike. Take anti-depressants as prescribed. Look in your area for support groups and attend regularly, not only for yourself, but to help your fellow sufferers.
