The only way I can think of is to attach the picture through its URL link under "Add related Links," and to point out that there is a link. For example, for the Question "What geographical feature is this?" - you would attach its photo as a related link via the photo's URL, and you would submit the Question as "What geographical feature is this - see photo in attached link?"

The Expert tag is given to a user by a member of the administration team. When clicking on a question you will notice an area with a green triangle (you can see it near my picture) and it will have your picture there. Select inside that text box, answer the question in an expert-like format, and then click the Submit button.
