If you have a strong password set for your WiFi network and have never shared it with anyone, chances are your neighbors are not connected to your WiFi network. If you have a router installed you can usually log in and see the table of systems connected to the router. You can always change the password for your network and this will disconnect everyone who doesn't have the right password. If you don't need to enter a password to log on to your network, your network is not protected and a password should be set, to do so, find out the manufacturer of the router and model and then search for instructions on how to protect your WiFi connection for your particular router.
