It's impossible to do this.
Twitter is more or less like a micro-blog . You need to tell whatever you wanna tell in 140 characters . After you sign up in twitter, you can find a 'What are you doing?' box on top of your page . You can update whatever you want there . The tweets that you send will reach the twitter page of everyone who follows you . Similarly your page will consist of updates from the people you follow .
Most likely, Twitter updates are available to be viewed by people on the Twitter Home Page. It is hard to tell what Twitter will do next, as far as new features and such.
only if your standing behind them while your doing it:)
There's no way to know who has viewed you on Twitter. However, you can set-up your page as "private" to protect your tweets.
There is no way of knowing who has visited your profile/read your tweets.
Generally people cannot tell who has been looking at their Twitter site. However, depending on how you reached their site they may be able to. Did you go directly to Twitter and find the specific user, or did you click an external link to reach their page? If you clicked a link to get there, they may have used a link cloaking service such as bit.ly or another that has an analytics function. If they did, some information may appear such as the page you came from what else you clicked and so forth. There are services that will even identify the IP address the user came from. Itshrunk.com does provide IP addresses. If the person in question does and Ip Address look-up, they may be able to track you as a visitor.
As of 2010, Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano are friends. The both of them have official twitter pages and Alyssa told Shannen congratz on Dancing With the Stars. Shannen replied, saying hey, thanking Alyssa. You could tell they were both happy to get in touch with eachother. Alyssa is even following Shannen on twitter. You know that its their real twitter page because their page will have the twitter verified check mark.
