To use your maps app in your Droid to monitor other Droid's, you should first open the app feature. Then you will be able to choose the Droid you want to monitor.

You must first start a Multiplayer Forge game, in other words, go to multiplayer then to Forge. This mode allows you to create your own Multiplayer maps. While in Forge, press "up" on the D-Pad. This will turn you into the Monitor to allow you to edit the map. You cannot attack however, and the only way to be the monitor is in the Forge. You can still be attacked as well unless you have the settings for the edit mode set to make you invisible when you are the monitor.
