If your good, have a lot of talent AND know the right people, you have a chance, but you have to stick at it, otherwise people will think that its just a phase your going through. you might also have to wait a couple of years, most musician managers dont like to take big risks like taking on an 11 year old girl.

∙ 14y agoI think a 11 year old girl can and should be able to be a famous singer. I think they should follow there heart and keep trying as much they can and as hard as they can. They should follow their dream I know anybody can just belive. Do not be judged on their singing. Alaways remember to not care what people say unless its good.
