File a Petition with the court to be released from your parents care. But you have to have grounds to do so. The legal age of majority in the US with the exception of four states is 18. In Alabama and Nebraska it is 19, in Mississippi and Pennsylvania it is 21. You can become legally emancipated in some states through a special legal procedure. Depends on the state.
