There are young boys who think that that they can gain weight by eating tons and tons of junk food, but let me tell you, this will not do you any good and may hurt you in the future. If you want to gain weight, there are some simple steps that can be achieved.

Exercise, gain muscle! Go to the gym 4 days a week and lift some weights, do simple things like this and you should be good to go! The key is muscle gain, not weight gain.
