If you mean by fairy, those tiny little people with wings that leave star dust in their wake when they fly, then the answer is no. It is the writers opinion that fairy's as such do not exist only in Fairy Tales.

If you want to turn into a fairy, well it's not possible unless you have a good imagineation. But here is my theory, the next time you see i butterfly, capture it and prick yourself with a needle or pun. With that drop of blood, wipe it on the butterfly and grab some powder of its wwings and by morning you might fly.
People cannot become fairies as they fairies do not exist. It is impossible to turn into a different creature.
Fairies are entirely fictional and fanciful creatures.
No, they cannot become human or 'real'.
The fact that you were able to type this question clearly shows that you are already a human. It is impossible to be a fairy as fairies do not exist.

Nope.
Tinkerbell is a fairy!
A half fairy and half human is typically referred to as a "half-faerie" or "half-fey".

when they sprinkle fairy dust on us it means we will a good day
I am not a fairy, however, I have a friend named Choto who is. I'm not sure what your question means, but... she's a fairy. Not a pixie or imp, just a regular fairy. Your question is like asking, "What human are you?" Well, human, of course! What more do you want? ----- I'm a woodland fairy. I dress in the shrubbery and leaves of an autumn forest, I wear glitter amidst my hair and face, and I can be found at the Renaissance Faire.
