Contact a social worker or Child Protective Service if you are being harmed. A judge will decide if your problems are severe enough to take you from your family. Or if your family are unfit to raise you. But remember that once you are in the system it's not easy to get out. Only a judge decides when you are allowed to leave foster care and if you are allowed to live or see your family.
