Go to the bank and ask but beware that "Possession of counterfeit United States obligations with fraudulent intent is a violation of Title 18, Section 472 of the United States Code and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to 15 years, or both." All tendered currency is, essentially, debt and is therefore an 'obligation.'
