Freemasonry membership is limited to men.
As far as I know, nobody worships freemasons in Tanzania or anywhere else. As for where Freemasons worship, it is at whatever church, synagogue, temple or mosque they choose to worship at.

Freemasons do not operate churches in Tanzania or anywhere else. It's not a religion.
To become a Freemason, find a Freemason and tell him you would like to join. Look in the phone book for a Lodge if you do not know a Freemason. Freemasons have a slogan, to be one ask one.
There is no such thing as "freemasons churches". Freemasonry is not a religion, and its members can attend whatever church, mosque, temple or synagogue they choose.
All over the place, but certainly in Masonic Lodges when they meet.
Female freemasons are very rare and almost unheard of outside of Europe.
All you have to do to be a Freemason is ask a Freemason to join the Lodge. You will need to find the nearest Lodge to where you live (there are 9 Lodges in Tanzania).
Unless someone specifically states that he is a member of the freemasons, it is hard to know for sure.
Yes, of course. There are Lodges adhering both to the UGLE and the Grand Lodge of Scotland in Tanzania. Check out the websites of those grand lodges for more information.
Unless someone specifically states that he is a member of the Freemasons it is almost impossible to know for sure that they are.
