How can a woman tell if she's 2 weeks pregnant. and she says she has another doctor appointment in 3 months?

If she knows when she had sex and have not had sex since then she would know when she got pregnant. There are also pregnancy tests today that tell you how far along you are. The next doctors appointment should be earlier than 3 months.

Yes, although it is rare. My wife called to the doctors one time because she missed her period and upon examination the doctor told her she was 3 months pregnant or expecting twins. The doctor made my wife an appointment at the hospital to have a scan, when she had the scan it turned out she was three months pregnant, even though she had two normal periods beforehand.
