You get your work noticed the same way all of the rest of us do: get it out there!
Enter writing contests and submit stories to your local newspapers (both the school paper and the "real" papers). Send short stories to magazines that people your age read ("Highlights for Children" is one younger readers' magazine). Finish writing your book!

Study screenwriting so that you understand that format for telling stories, and keep writing and finishing scripts so that your work gets noticed or sold.
An author is a person that writes and therefore authorial presence refers to the voice of the writer in his or her work. Authorial presence is mostly subtle and will be noticed by careful reading.
