Eating an unbalanced diet can cause you to develop a type of medical condition for example coronary Heart disease. This develops over time because you have eaten too many fats and salty foods, then the fats from all the foods sits inside the coronary arteries, and over time the fatty deposits build up and can cause heart failure or heart disease. If you have coronary heart disease you must take care of your diet, you may want to exercise a little bit more than you do, you may also want to stop eating really fatty foods, or at least cut down on them, you may want to increase your fibre intake and eat an adequate amount of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The unhealthy food causes Heart diseases, cancer, high/low sugar, high/low heart pressure, etc.

That is because when you eat any kind of food, it goes from your mouth, esophagus, stomach and intestines which absorb the nutrients. Those nutrients have to be transported to your cells through your blood stream.

When the food you eat is unhealthy and you eat a lot of it; the fats, sugar, colorants,... get stuck in your veins.

Some years after that, the fat and sugar don't allow the blood to flow in your veins. That blood contains oxygen and it's important for good functioning of your body.

And now, the heart has to do extra job which causes a heart disease. Less blood flowing means less oxygen to your organs and this leads to diseases in other organs, fatigue, being breathless. In this case, it's urgent a bypass.

Some people experiment something called heart fibrillation (a fulminating heart attack), which the heart just stop beating. Since the nervous system is an electric network and controls all the organs, the heart is controlled by those electric transmission's.

In a unhealthy person, the heart is working too hard. Basically, the heart has a electric failure (like a circuit) and the person only has a 2% of survival. The only way to save that person is with a defibrillator (the machine which give electric shock in the heart in order to revive someone). And if the person survives still has a high risk of heart attack, brain death, comma, brain paralysis.

  • 80% of cholesterol synthesized in the liver. The balance of 20% of cholesterol comes from the food mainly non-vegetarian diet. Low density lipoprotein (lipids), microphage cells, debris and calsium are deposited in the coronary artery walls forming atheromatous plaque. This causes coronary artery disease.
