Once the Queen (Elizabeth II) dies, Prince Charles will become King, after he dies, Prince William will become King, and Kate, as his wife will become the Queen Consort (not the Queen Regent, like Elizabeth is)

Yes. But out of respect for his mother and so they wouldn't be confused or equated, Prince William decided that he and his wife would be the Duke and Duchess. Their full titles are now The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

When or if Prince Charles becomes King Camilla will be Queen Consort but has expressed wishes to be Princess Consort instead out of respect to the memory of Diana, just as Catherine will be Queen Consort when Prince William becomes King.

If her husband were too become King, then she would be Queen consort. Her husband Prince William is currently 2nd in line of succesion to the throne.
