We can use an inductor in series with the circuit to minimize pulses or ripples in the D.C. The inductor provide zero impedance for a D.C source, but provide high impedance for a pulsated wave, so it will not allow pulses to pass through it. A high inductance in the circuit provides smooth D.C.
On the other hand we can have a capacitor in parallel to the output.
The easiest way to convert the DC Voltage to pulse is simple astable multivibrator. This can be achieved either directly by astable multivibrator ic's or using normal transistor and resistor combination circuits or by using 555 as astable multivibrator.
chopper use a ststeing perpose..... dc means direct current that is low voltage
It is called ( pulsed DC ).
Yes transformation will be possible for all Dc Pulse .
One invert the function or a signal. the other is a pulse width modulator controller which are usually used to convert one source of power to another. As in 12v dc in 5v dc out or vice versa
A chopper or DC-DC converter is a circuit or technique used to convert a constant DC signal into a variable DC signal where by using switching technique known as PWM(pulse width modulation). A chopper is a static device that converts dc input into dc output voltage directly. A chopper may be thought of as an ac transformer since they behave the same.

(shiwwasuji@gmail.com)Duty Cycle DC is the ratio of pulse duration to the pulse repetition time periodDuty Cycle DC = pulse duration (t)/pulse repetition time period (T)Pulse Duration (t) = 0.008 x 2.5 ms
A resistor, by itself, can not convert DC into AC.
Generally pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) is trasmitted as a series of DC levels and are mostly used in wired trasmissions (DC is not effective wirelessly).
A transformer cannot convert AC into DC.
its commutator..which converts ac produced by and motor to pulsating dc ... more the commutator divide more accurate dc..means less pulse in dc
