coughing ad sneezing can spread Infectious Diseases because if one person has it they use a tissue for their own nose etc and they are obviously going to hold it in their hand so as a result they now have bacteria on their hand if they touch something the place will be infected with bacteria which will grow and grow until it is not treated if then another person who is perfectly fine touches it or the place or person with a flu they will get the bacteria which will cause them to have a flu That's how the disease spreads . :)
