Gasoline and industrial emissions pollute the air and some reduce the ozone layer protecting the earth

Over-foresting and clear cut foresting without re-seeding depletes oxygen-creating foliage and destroys habitats for animals and other plants

Destruction of the rain forests does the same as above

Polluting the water which kills bacteria, waterplants, fish -- destroying water habitats for both mammals and fish.

Disposal of toxic materials into the land/water which can seep into water systems.

When ecosystems are impacted or destroyed, animals and human beings relying on parts of the ecosystem are affected... by loss of food source, income-derving activities, sources for shelter and clean water, etc.
