How can i find out someones status with immigration. I would like to see if they are going to be deported.?"
I have noticed a large number of convicted sex offenders are obviously not U.S. citizens, but in Florida the FDLE flyer does not list "country of Origin" or their Status. Why? These crimes are deportable offenses and yet States are using their resources for oversight and or States must accomadate them due to Residency restrictions. Why?
As an individual, you do not have direct access to someone's Immigration status or deportation proceedings. Immigration-related information is confidential and protected by privacy laws. However, you can report your concerns to the appropriate immigration authorities or contact an immigration lawyer who can guide you on how to address your concerns within the bounds of the law.
no you cannot if he is in there with a deportion status it is not possible. is he going to africa?????
You should probably seek an immigration lawyer to help you. Sometimes ICE agents get a little upset when they see that status was changed like that without going through proper procedures.
Yes he can still be deported. ______________________ To add to the previous answer. If you marry your boyfriend now, one of two things will happen: 1) he applies to Immigration for a visa to stay in the country (which may or may not be granted) 2) he is deported and must then apply for a visa to re-enter the country (which may or may not be granted) Immigration will consider the following: is it a "marriage of convenience"? - can you prove a long-term relationship? why is he being deported? - has he committed any offences? is he in the country illegally? You may end up having to decide if you would be willing to emigrate in order to be with your boyfriend.
He didn't and he's not going to
By contacting USCIS and explaining their situation. Basically, there is no way to (legally) get a green card without going through US Customs and Immigration Services.
Yes, a child can be deported if they do not have legal status in a country or if they have committed a crime that warrants deportation. However, there are laws and protections in place to ensure the best interests of the child are taken into consideration during the deportation process.
no.
he is going to secure the border.
Once you have citizenship within the United States, you are not going to be deported. If something were to happen or say your Visa ran out (if that is what you are on), you could be deported back to your home country.
Someones going to be real pissed
They learned they were going to be deported in 1775. NOT REALLY I NEED THIS ANSWER TOO!!! Improved Answer: 1758. Also, if you don't know the answer, please do not write anything! Thank You!
Immigration means coming in. Emigration means going out. When you emigrate from one place, you immigrate to another.
