Extreme weather condition, trees, and tall buildings can affect signal strenght and performance of line-of sight wireless internet service.

If you are talking about wireless, no you do not need to worry about that.
The poet calls the sight a tragic sight in "Heritage of Trees" because they are witnessing the destruction of the old trees that hold historical and cultural significance. The loss of these trees represents the breaking of a connection to the past and the inability to preserve tradition for future generations. This loss is deeply saddening, thus the poet uses the term "tragic" to convey the emotional impact of this destruction.
Sight means being able to see things like objects, people, trees etc. Sight is vision.

Is there an internet service provider who still offers dial up internet? I have a property in the mountains that just has no option for cable, and the trees block any satellite signal. Kind of unusual request in 2011, I understand. But, if anyone has an idea, I'd like to hear it!
