The second level national cyber olympiad is aimed to test the mental ability, IT and reasoning skills. Held on a global level, it has reached its fifth term now. the top 500 students from the schools of India particiate in this exam.The participats get 30 minutes to answer 30 minutes getting just about a minute per question only.
