How can i get my girlfriend to wear boots again Because she found out that i look at pictures of boots and she thought it was because of her in boots which it is but now she won't wear boots?

Have you tried buying her some? She might feel obligated to wear them and then open back up the possibility of other boots.
Or, as option two:
Your girlfriend has found out that you apparently like boots. So she won't wear boots. And you're still calling her your girlfriend.

Dump her, and find a girl who's willing to wear nothing BUT boots (I don't mean that literally, but then again, if the idea appeals to you, why not?).
