No... You need to eat in order to get energy. If you Starve you can tell the difference of losing weight and starving.
This depends on how severe their diet restrictions are. They can loose between 5-14 lbs a week!
You wont notice any changes, starving yourself doesnt work, if anything you put on more weight. I have tried it before and after 2 days I felt ill, I weighed myself and hadnt lost any weight atall. You would be much better to eat healthily for a few weeks & excersise daily, that is when you will notice changes. Starving yourself is really stupid, you need food for vitamins, energy etc, it doesnt just contain fat !
You can go out for a jog, workout, eat healthy, etc.
To learn weight lifting without injuring yourself you will need to start slowing in the beginning. Do not attempt to much weight to begin with and slowly add more.
Of course you can! Low carb dieting is the fastest way to lose weight without starving yourself.
