I don't understand, you don't need your mother to buy bras. Just tell your mother that you need some money to buy yourself some underwear. And you go buy yourself a bra. And by telling your mother that you need money to by underwear, you do not lie to her, because bra is underwear.

If you do actually need a bra then you can ask your doctor to talk to her for you, not wearing a bra when you do need one can lead to strain on the neck, chest, and back.
