For local government, do the same plus attend any public forums in which you are permitted to state you position or concerns.

• learning the public how to express different views without tensions or disputes
• spreading public security
• allowing different political parties with known political programs
• allowing fair and transparent public elections

Abolish capitalism, where a tiny minority own the means of production and control the state. Establish a classless stateless society based on production for use, with no rulers.
