The answer depends on what you are trying to establish and what measures are available.
Delinquent behavior.
It is when teenagers get into trouble with the law etc. Kids that have gone bad through bad parenting.
I believe that if you become imancipated, at that point the court sees you as responible enough to live on your own. However if you get into trouble with another minor then, you would be considered contributing to the deliquency of a minor

As parents, it is our responsibility to monitor our children's activities and yes, conversations, friends, clothes, websites, and TV programming. Some think some of these things are an invasion of privacy for the child. But a child should have very limited privacy until they are in their own home. Parents are responsible for juvenile deliquency because your children are your responsibility. Period. It's your job to train your child the right way, instill good morals and values, and teach your children right from wrong by setting a good example. Children follow the examples they see, hear and learn.
parents aren't able to give a real but whipping cause of the authorities. also parents dnt take time to communicate wth their children. not all but a lot of them.
Juvenile delinquency refers to antisocial or criminal behavior by minors. It can be caused by factors such as family dysfunction, peer influence, poverty, lack of parental supervision, substance abuse, mental health issues, and exposure to violence. Prevention efforts often focus on early intervention, positive youth development programs, family support, and community resources.
Did the crime just occur? Is the juvenile stopped on the street? Is the juvenile in custody? Unable to answer without more specific information about the event. (????)
