of course .......they have fat and lots of sweet sugar which can stick to your body and give you Diabetes if you have a lot. It is not very hard to become diabetic .....a few lollies per day may lead to diabetes but it will happen gradually. By few i meant 10

The sweetener in sugar-free lollies is often sorbitol, and too much sorbitol will give you diarrhoea, not dangerous, just a nuisance.
