The mini can be trained just like a seeing eye dog. I have seen thses mini's and they do a wonderful job helping their people see again through their eyes.
Blind horses can not see, that is why they are called blind. The other senses will get better to help compensate for the blindness, the sense of smell will get better and the sense of touch will get better, as will the horses hearing.
if i knew the answer i would not be asking for your help

Law enforcement uses dogs of varying breeds, not just German Shepherds, and some agencies use horses for mounted patrol.
To name a few: Seeing eye dogs help blind people, dogs help police find drugs, horses help people travel.
Pulley
Horses get along best with their own kind. But from personal knowledge the do great with goats, dogs, mini horses-mini donkeys.
help out at your local stables!?
Yes, you can ride miniature horses but it depends on the breed. The mini miniatures are not able to be ridden but have the ability to be driven.
Yes you can, but only children do. Adults can cause back problems and arthritis over a long period of time. You wouldn't like an ox to ride you would you?
Yes, but it is dangerous when the dam is the mini. Since the dam is so small, the baby would grow larger then its mother and damage her internal organs or even kill her. On the flip side, if the sire is the mini it is totally safe and possible. You wouldn't be able to directly breed them though.
